Role Description This position will be part of the GIS team who maintains and supports Uniti’s fiber and copper network. In this role you will be using Esri-based applications to help solve geospatial problems and provide visualization that drives better decision-making. You will also be responsible for assisting with the development and support of these applications for internal users. This position can be filled remotely anywhere within the country. What You’ll Do: - Produce, configure and maintain GIS web applications using Esri’s framework - Assist with the development of Uniti’s mobile GIS construction initiatives - Perform upgrades and maintenance for ArcGIS Enterprise components - Help create custom GIS solutions to solve business needs - Provide support for ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise - Monitor, analyze and optimize GIS application usage, performance, and reliability to enhance system efficiency Qualifications - 2-3 years of GIS experience preferably using Esri products - Experience in map creation and cartography principles - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multi-task and handle several ongoing projects - Basic telecommunications technical knowledge - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Highly organized and strict attention to details Requirements - 1-2 years of telecom experience - 1-2 years of ArcGIS Enterprise experience - GISP or Esri technical certification - Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field Minimum Requirements - College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or - 7+ years professional level related experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or - An equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required. The Revenue Cycle Analyst operates within established revenue cycle processes, leverages expertise to research claim statuses, denials, and unpaid balances, collaborates closely with internal teams and outsourced A/R partners, and escalates complex, non-routine, or systemic issues to management for review. This position requires strong attention to detail, working knowledge of anesthesia billing, proficiency navigating revenue cycle workflows, and the ability to translate data into actionable operational insight.
