• Update the employee life insurance policy spreadsheet • Provide technical support to other team members in the department • Assist the team in responding to support tickets • Participate in negotiations with benefits providers • Create and monitor action plans for implementing new benefits • Implement new benefits providers • Review collective bargaining agreements and labor conventions • Register companies in the Worker Food Program (Programa de Alimentação do Trabalhador - PAT) • Process orders for food and meal cards • Collaborate with management on personnel budget entries and reconciliations • Prepare various studies related to the area of responsibility • Register, calculate, verify, and integrate monthly fees and copayments for health and dental plans • Be responsible for executing shared subprocesses • Perform other related activities

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Higher education in progress (recommended)
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
  • Experience with Integrated Management Systems (ERP)
