Role Description This position will be part of the GIS team who maintains and supports Uniti’s fiber and copper network. In this role you will be using Esri-based applications to help solve geospatial problems and provide visualization that drives better decision-making. You will also be responsible for assisting with the development and support of these applications for internal users. This position can be filled remotely anywhere within the country. • The Planning Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting end-to-end planning processes across demand, supply, production, and capacity planning. • Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that planning requirements are correctly translated into SAP-based solutions. • Responsible for designing, improving and supporting critical planning functionality and processes such as demand planning and forecasting, supply planning and inventory planning, production planning and scheduling, capacity planning (rough-cut and detailed) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP). • Lead end-to-end SAP project initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and third-party vendors to align scope, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery. • Configure and support SAP solutions aligned with global template standards, ensuring system and process integrity. • Manage data migration activities, including master data and open transactional data, in compliance with MDM and archival requirements. • Develop and execute testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption and continuity of business processes.

• Assist ongoing government efforts and initiatives related to developing and maintaining high-performing grants programs and projects across the agency • Provide direct support to the Grants Division for the timely award of grants across the agency in support of the federal health mission • Accomplish and deliver compliant pre- and post-award documentation and grants documents in accordance with federal and DoD grants principles, including 2 CFR 200 and DoD Grants and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARS), DoD Directives and Instructions, laws, regulations, and procedures • Assist in conducting grant award activities, including collecting responsibility information, preparing award notices, distributing awards, and processing requests for debriefing • Assist in evaluating grant proposals in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, policies, and evaluation factors • Review requirements for new or follow-on grants and identify potential issues to achieve clear mutual understanding of grant requirements • Present, analyze, and verify data, techniques, methodologies, and formats associated with grants management activities • Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership; manage correspondence and monitor task completion to ensure deadlines are met • Ensure correctness and adherence to applicable federal and agency standards, policies, and procedures • Observe and extend appropriate military and government protocol • Other duties as assigned
