• Define User Needs - Collaborate with analysts and managers to conduct research, engage stakeholders, evaluate current interfaces and offer rapid design recommendations, translating findings into actionable user flows and detailed design requirements. • Rapid Prototyping - Build quick, iterative low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to visualize concepts, explore multiple solutions, and validate usability and functionality before development begins. • Iteration - Continuously refine designs through rapid cycles of feedback, incorporating insights from users, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure the final product meets both business and user needs. • User Testing - Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to inform design improvements. • Graphic Design – Design branded visual assets, including iconography, to ensure consistency across tools and products.

• Generate new ideas and hypotheses for improving and scaling Mindly • Design for mobile and web applications in the mental health industry • Enhance existing product features and creating designs for entirely new ones • Improve and refine our design system • Create user-centered designs aligned with the product vision and strategy

• Generate and propose ideas to improve product usability and efficiency (e.g. reducing steps, simplifying flows) • Validate product design decisions through research, testing, and stakeholder feedback • Design and evolve internal admin panels across 4 products with complex, information-heavy interfaces • Contribute to and maintain Solidgate’s internal design system • Design and optimize high-impact user-facing components such as payment forms and payment links, where every interaction affects conversion • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, clear, and well-implemented

• Design and lead complex mixed-methods studies (ethnographic, longitudinal, usability testing, surveys, quantitative) • Partner with cross-functional teams to frame research questions that drive strategic decision-making • Mentor junior and mid-level researchers to accelerate their growth • Build systems to democratize research insights and continuously improve research operations
