This is Hybrid role (4 days in office /1 day remote) About your Team: Due to the rapid growth and expansion of our business activities in various markets, we have the following full-time opening for an experienced, motivated, and technology-oriented individual for a German Financial Translator (English to German and vice versa). What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: We are looking for a professional translator with a strong focus on economics and finance, and the ability to work efficiently and independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while keeping a strong sense of team collaboration. • QuickBooks Management: Independently handle daily transaction downloads, categorization, and rule configurations from Day 1. • Monthly Closes: Own and complete the comprehensive monthly close and account reconciliations by the 10th of every month. • AP/AR & Compliance: Manage invoice entries, monitor preliminary construction lien thresholds, and flag qualifying projects for Level Set. • Collections Administration: Process collections professionally and neutrally, managing overdue accounts, bond recoveries, and CSLB complaint filings. • Communications & Insights: Independently run the finance inbox, submit an End-of-Week progress report, and provide weekly numbers reports that explain what the data actually means for the business.

• Lead the Finance technology, AI, data, and innovation roadmap aligned with CFO organization priorities • Partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders to identify and deliver technology-enabled business improvements • Translate Finance business needs into scalable technology, AI, automation, and analytics solutions • Manage the Finance technology and innovation portfolio, including prioritization, governance, risk management, and value realization • Lead the intake, prioritization, and execution of Finance AI, data, and automation initiatives • Advance Finance data and analytics capabilities through improved reporting, dashboards, self-service analytics, and data governance • Drive process simplification, reporting optimization, automation, and data-driven decision making across Finance • Partner with Digital/IT and enterprise teams to develop, scale, and operationalize technology solutions and prototypes • Ensure Finance technology initiatives comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and internal control standards • Establish governance frameworks for Finance technology, AI, and data initiatives, including approvals, controls, adoption, and performance tracking • Promote responsible AI adoption and strengthen technology, data literacy, and analytical capabilities across the CFO organization • Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to accelerate adoption of new technologies • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Digital/Technology, Data, Cybersecurity, and other enterprise functions • Provide executive portfolio reporting, strategic recommendations, and oversight to support prioritization, execution, and delivery across initiatives

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will act as a strategic individual contributor, translating raw data into actionable insights that drive our growth and help us scale. • This role will have ownership of our financial models, SaaS metrics reporting, and strategic forecasting. • Partnering with the CFO to build dynamic scenarios involving revenue modeling, resourcing requirements and cash implications. • Driving the budgeting process and lead variance analysis. • Interface with business leaders to support their functional areas. • Consistently seek out ways to drive process improvements and increase the efficiency of how we operate. • Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing core KPIs, including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, LTV, and CAC. • Interfacing with Accounting, IT and HR to optimize hiring, spending, and Close processes, among others. • Helping the CFO prepare financial reporting packages and presentations for the Board of Directors and investors. • Partnering with functional business leaders to support ad hoc analyses around strategic topics including, but not limited to future growth opportunities and efficiently scaling the business.
