JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a talented and tech-savvy Virtual Production Studio Associate to join our innovative team in San Francisco. This role is at the forefront of cutting-edge video production, where you will manage live and recorded corporate video projects using our state-of-the-art virtual production LED studio. You will play a key role in maintaining our studio and field production equipment, ensuring seamless operations for both in-studio and offsite productions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced virtual production technologies, such as Vu Studios, and collaborate with a globally distributed team of producers, designers, engineers and editors. Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be required occasionally to meet the needs of customers. Domestic and international travel may also be required occasionally to manage the production of events at off-site venues. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of all phases of virtual video production lifecycle and technologies, from pre- to post-production. - Operate and maintain production equipment, including cameras, video switchers, audio gear, lights and server room infrastructure. - Ability to record interviews, b-roll and events at the Washington DC office and off-site locations - Collaborate with Accenture Productions producers and business stakeholders to understand communication goals and design creative solutions. - Troubleshoot and maintain broadcast infrastructure and virtual production systems. Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in live and recorded video production. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency with professional cameras (eg: Canon C300, Sony FX9 or Similar) - Demonstrated field production experience, including planning and execution. - Portfolio or demo reel showcasing video production work. - Ability to direct on-camera talent and manage production environments. - Experience creating production documentation (show flows, call sheets, planning materials). - Strong collaboration skills with marketing teams, executives, and external production partners. - Technical troubleshooting capability across broadcast infrastructure and production systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - Hands-on experience with professional production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and editing tools. - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Strong understanding of live and recorded video production techniques and workflows. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional customer service and collaboration skills.
