Sales Support III, Retail

• Lead retail‑branded fuel growth across NC, SC, GA, FL, and AL. • Build a high‑value pipeline in strong growth markets. • Collaborate with leadership on future territory design and account allocation as new retail packages come online. • Prospect and close new branded retail fuel deals using a relationship‑driven, consultative approach. • Navigate long sales cycles typical of retail fuel (9–12 months). • Model deals within internal systems and independently manage opportunities from discovery to close. • Build strong relationships with retail site operators, major brands, and refiners. • Support onboarding and transition of new accounts while ensuring brand alignment. • Maintain market intelligence around competitors, branding dynamics, and regional operator activity. • Partner with the existing Southeast Sales Executive to rebalance territory coverage. • Provide weekly pipeline updates, forecasts, and revenue visibility to leadership. • Participate in strategic conversations with Retail leadership to finalize territory boundaries, compensation structure, and account allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in retail‑branded fuel sales heavily preferred.
  • Proven success managing long, relationship‑based sales cycles in the retail fuel and convenience store industry.
  • Strong understanding of branded supply deals, back‑to‑back structures, and retail site operations.
  • Ability to step into a senior role and operate as a plug‑and‑play sales executive with minimal ramp‑up time.
  • Stable career history with solid tenure; ideal candidates show commitment and strong performance.
  • Experience working with major brands/refiners preferred.
  • Strong existing relationships within the Southeast retail operator market preferred.
  • Experience navigating non‑compete considerations preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
