Maintenance Operations Assistant
The Hello Team
• Receive and manage incoming work orders • Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits • Update and track work orders through completion • Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely resolution • Oversee the full maintenance request lifecycle, from intake to final completion • Interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner throughout the day • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure • Perform other tasks related to the position
Job Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient level of Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a management role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of maintenance practices
- Familiarity with Rent Manager software preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Email etiquette
- Prior experience in roles such as administrative assistant, secretary, personal assistance, operations support, or other relevant positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
