• Acts as the primary contact for a designated group of clients and prospects • Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions • Elevates concerns and follows policies and procedures as defined • Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues • Achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types • Responsible for business development identifying, qualification and prospecting qualified fiduciary and investment management clients for the firm • Identifies and cultivates lead sources and networking opportunities • Creates and maintains a contact database and an active pipeline for qualified prospects • Responsible for net AUM and revenue growth • Initiates and directs the preparation of marketing and presentation materials • Serves as the primary client-facing professional for assigned relationships • Works with team members to develop and maintain appropriate asset allocations and relationship strategies • Develops customized investment solutions as necessary to expand client relationships • Has ultimate responsibility for each client’s experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services
- Responsible for a defined book of business
- Pipeline building skills

- Sales and client retention experience
- Experience managing an extensive high net worth client book of business over $1M in annual revenue
- Possess a thorough understanding of markets and investments
