• Support, configure and enhance processes in the SAP WM module, including storage, picking, replenishment, inventory and internal movements. • Implement, maintain and optimize integrations via IDoc between SAP WM and automated storage systems. • Monitor, analyze and resolve IDoc errors, perform reprocessing and ensure data integrity between systems. • Perform stock reconciliation between SAP and external automated logistics systems. • Support processes related to SAP MM, including purchasing, goods receipt, transfers and inventory movements. • Ensure consistent integration between SAP WM, MM, SD and tax-related processes relevant to logistics operations. • Gather requirements from business areas and translate them into functional solutions aligned with operational needs. • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams (ABAP and Basis) during developments and fixes. • Conduct unit, integration and user acceptance testing with end users. • Provide support to the production environment, investigate incidents and implement continuous improvements. • Document configurations, business flows, integrations and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, supporting and evolving warehouse processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP with automated storage systems (AS/RS, automated warehouses or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of IDoc interfaces in the SAP WM context.
  • Experience monitoring, analyzing, resolving and reprocessing IDocs.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management).
  • Experience with Brazilian localization and tax processes related to material movements.
  • Understanding of the integration between SAP MM, WM, SD and financial/tax processes.
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
  • Experience providing support, troubleshooting and maintenance of SAP production environments.
