• Contribute to high-performance Rust code for mirroring between local dev and remote Kubernetes • Improve developer experience in cloud development • Collaborate with engineering team on architecture and performance optimization • Engage with open-source community for feedback and debugging

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based batch and event-driven applications deployed across AWS and on-prem environments • Build and improve scalable, secure, and cost-effective data parsing and validation solutions for custom data formats • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and other teams to translate business requirements into technical designs • Participate in Backlog Grooming, providing technical input to ensure stories are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with platform standards • Manage solutions across the full program lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational best practices in both cloud and on-prem environments • Troubleshoot and resolve issues spanning application code, AWS services, and on-prem infrastructure • Contribute to modernization efforts, improving maintainability, observability, and refactoring legacy code • Be responsible for all phases of the program life cycle

• Develop and maintain the backend systems powering the Foodsmart web application. • Collaborate with front-end engineers to design and implement APIs that effectively serve front-end needs. • Establish and uphold development practices, including code reviews and comprehensive testing, to enhance code quality and system performance. • Work closely with the product team to comprehend end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and transform those into a robust and efficient backend solution. • Debug and resolve production, server-side and database-related issues. • Proactively monitor and optimize system performance and scalability. • Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose ways to leverage them in current and future backend development.
