Role Description We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Finance to build and lead our finance function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in an async environment, takes high ownership, and proactively drives work forward without waiting for direction. You’ll own day-to-day financial operations while building scalable processes and automations, and partner closely with leadership on strategic decisions, reporting, and investor relations. - Build and scale the company’s finance function, systems, and processes from scratch - Own day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable (end-to-end) - Prepare and analyze financial statements across US and Israeli entities - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close - Lead tax filings and compliance in both the US and Israel - Support fundraising efforts, due diligence processes, and investor reporting - Own and manage the company’s cap table and equity plans (including stock grants, trustee reporting, and documentation) - Establish and track company KPIs, providing insights to support strategic decision-making - Partner with leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and business performance Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (startup experience is a must) - Strong knowledge of US and Israeli tax filing and reporting requirements - Experience managing cap tables and equity plans - Proven ability to build financial processes and systems in a fast-growing environment - Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights - Strong written and asynchronous communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively in distributed teams (e.g., Slack, documentation, and structured updates) - Comfortable using modern AI tools to improve workflows, or the ability to quickly learn and adopt them Requirements - Background or degree in law (Nice to have) - Familiarity with financial tools and systems commonly used in high-growth tech companies (Nice to have) Benefits - Build from zero: You’ll own and shape the entire finance function, not just maintain it - High impact: Work closely with founders and leadership to influence key business decisions - Global exposure: Operate across US and Israeli entities, gaining international finance experience - Strategic seat at the table: Be deeply involved in fundraising, investor relations, and company growth

• Contribute to high-performance Rust code for mirroring between local dev and remote Kubernetes • Improve developer experience in cloud development • Collaborate with engineering team on architecture and performance optimization • Engage with open-source community for feedback and debugging

• Maintain and improve our IaC setup, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. • Oversee security architecture, implementing best practices for cloud security and compliance. • Lead certification efforts, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other relevant frameworks. • Continuously assess and enhance security posture across infrastructure and applications. • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and development workflows.
