• Oversee the performance of the online arm of Write Edge • Support day-to-day operations and administrative duties • Ensure safety and appropriate behaviour of students • Address and manage staff complaints and enquiries • Train and manage new staff in customer support • Organise and conduct online open houses • Ensure smooth running of online classes and troubleshooting
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom (advantage)
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Emotional maturity and great interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities and project management experience (advantage)
