• Own the design of our API and integrations areas end to end — from developer-facing API surfaces and documentation experiences to the in-product flows users rely on to connect their tools; • Partner with product and research to shape strategy for these surfaces — staying close to how the market and the audience are shifting as the barrier to working with APIs and MCP falls, and translating that into how we design for a broader, evolving set of users; • Design and prototype AI-native patterns for our API — including our ChatGPT app, Claude connector, and MCP integration — surfaces where PandaDoc meets AI assistants and agentic workflows; • Shape how integrations feel across the product, with intent around two questions in particular: how our core CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) need to adapt for an agentic world, and how we balance the integrations we build ourselves against the connections customers orchestrate for themselves in surfaces like Claude via MCP — when each makes sense, when a hybrid is right, and how to design an experience that intentionally guides customers to the best option for them; • Prototype ideas in code, fast. Take a concept from Figma or an LLM conversation to a working production-grade React component in days, owning layout, interaction, accessibility, and performance; • Trailblaze the Design Engineer function at PandaDoc. Own work end to end, from problem framing to launch, and shape how this role operates as the first hire in it; • As the only Design Engineer on the Embedded Agreements team, bring your technical perspective into the design process — sharing patterns, pairing on prototypes, and helping the designers around you improve their technical skills over time; • Work AI-first in Cursor and Claude Code, and bring strong opinions on how to get high-quality output from these tools.

Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer (Standardization) plays a key role supporting the standardization team in Germany, creating standard design records for production. This role also supports product changes and data maintenance for product design, collaborating closely with the technical/operations teams to complete standardization projects on time, budget, quality, and safety in a fast-paced project-based environment. - Contribute to projects which may include design, development, rebuilding, cost savings, product improvements, or documentation for new/existing electromechanical products. - Review project designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and related specifications, while supporting the manufacturing and assembly process definition. - Work with SAP to ensure part master data and material details match within the system environment. - Design wiring diagrams and device lists in Electrical CAD (Aucotec ELCAD/Engineering Base) aligned to marketing specifications, performance requirements, and safety standards. - Create bills of material for products and enter product data into the manufacturing systems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering. - 1+ years of experience in a similar role. - Bilingual – English and German (Basic/Intermediate). - 10%+ Travel availability (Valid Passport & EU Visa). - Knowledge in E-CAD Aucotec ELCAD. - Knowledge in E-CAD Aucotec Engineering Base. - Knowledge in Teamcenter from Siemens. - Knowledge in SAP. • Own the core interaction layer of the canvas, responsiveness, rendering, input handling, and spatial transitions, working on the things users feel before they name. • Design and build the multiplayer moments that make working alongside someone in Miro feel genuinely different from working alone: presence, cursors, conflict, and co-creation. • Define what it means to have an AI collaborator in a visual, multiplayer space — shaping how AI outputs land on the canvas, how suggestions feel without being intrusive, and how generative results become part of a team's work. • Craft the moments of delight and magic that make Miro memorable, animations, micro-interactions, and transitions where the tool disappears and the thinking takes over. • Build the patterns, prototypes, and shared tooling that make the broader design and engineering organisation faster and more confident. • Write things down, teach by doing, and set a quality standard that propagates, contributing to coherence across the canvas, not just within your own area. • Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, PMs, and researchers across Miro's canvas and AI portfolio.

• Lead mechanical design and analysis for mining and heavy industrial projects, including piping systems, pumps, tanks, and process equipment. • Develop and review engineering calculations, including equipment sizing, pipe stress analysis, and system design in accordance with applicable codes and standards. • Support early-stage project development through conceptual design, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment selection, and facility layouts. • Prepare and review technical deliverables such as reports, specifications, and design packages to ensure quality and accuracy. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems into overall project design. • Perform quality control reviews of calculations, drawings, and technical documents. • Support procurement activities, including vendor engagement, bid evaluations, and review of shop drawings. • Contribute to project planning by supporting cost estimates, schedules, and technical work planning. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff. • Support construction activities through design clarifications, RFI responses, and field coordination as needed.
