Mid Market Account Executive
PhillyTech (SaaS Talent)
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. • Drive a heavy outbound pipeline targeting Private Equity firms and Venture Capital firms. • Book and run discovery calls with portfolio operations teams, investment leaders, and decision makers responsible for portfolio performance. • Conduct demos and clearly communicate the value of the platform. • Close SaaS deals in the $30K to $70K ARR range. • Build relationships with Private Equity and Venture Capital professionals who influence vendor selection across portfolio companies. • Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. • Work closely with company leadership as the sales motion evolves. • Provide feedback from the market to help refine positioning and messaging.
Job Requirements
- 3-7+ years of B2B SaaS full sales cycle experience.
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Proven experience closing deals in the $30K to $70K ARR range.
- Strong ability to communicate financial impact and ROI to analytical buyers.
- Experience selling to executive-level decision makers.
- Demonstrated success working in startup or early-stage company environments.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence in virtual selling environments.
- Nice to Have: Experience selling to Private Equity firms, Venture Capital firms, or portfolio operations teams.
- Nice to Have: Experience selling platforms related to vendor management, marketplaces, procurement tools, or startup infrastructure.
- Nice to Have: Experience selling into financially driven buyer personas such as CFOs or operational leadership teams.

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory or vertical • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with Metronet’s offerings • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and onboarding • Leverage data and insights from Salesforce and other tools to inform your sales approach • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and deal progression in Salesforce • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and long-term customer satisfaction • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity benchmarks in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Execute the strategy defined by the Strategic Account Executive across assigned regional branches and customer locations throughout Denmark. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and national distributors within the territory. • Coordinate closely with Enterprise Account Teams to ensure effective coverage of enterprise and large accounts, including OEM centres. • Support and engage key wholesale partners and their branch networks through training, activation, and business development initiatives. • Deliver product training and technical support across distributor branches and contractor networks. • Work directly with contractors as key influencers in the sales process, ensuring they are equipped to specify and promote solutions. • Implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share through distribution partners. • Negotiate and manage local agreements, pricing structures, and performance metrics with distributors. • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities. • Ensure full alignment and communication between stakeholders across the value chain, including headquarters, distributors, branches, and contractors. • Promote the full portfolio including compression, controls, and electronics as part of a comprehensive solutions offering. • Travel extensively throughout Denmark to support customers, distributors, and contractors.
