• Work within the sales organization, partnering with External Wholesaler(s) in geographical sales territories. • Responsible for creating new and managing existing relationships with representatives to increase revenue of Protective products. • Primarily focus on servicing representatives through phone and email communication. • Make proactive sales calls, maintain existing relationships, and drive repeat producers. • Provide product education to representatives as an expert on product features and benefits. • Execute thoughtful follow-up to move sales through the pipeline.

• Responsible for loan approvals on business purpose and commercial real estate loans within line of business parameters. • Interact closely with others in Credit Administration, as well as the revenue producing lines of business. • Make credit decisions that are consistent with the corporate credit culture and provide timely responses on complete loan request packages. • Reviews and determines appropriate risk assessment of business loan requests including the appropriate level of analysis of borrower's business, management, financial condition, and operations. • Evaluates financial statements and prepares independent written credit evaluations on business loans and relationships. • Apply experience and judgment to evaluate the level of risk within a request and structure the loan terms to meet the borrower’s needs while adhering to AUB’s risk and credit policies. • Collaborate with sales and credit partners to meet deadlines on business loan requests. • Accountable for and manages assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, proactively defining client credit solutions, identifying issues and following through for remediation. • Provides guidance/mentoring to Relationship Managers on risk management issues and/or loan structure as requested or otherwise deemed necessary or appropriate.

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Construction Estimator / Bid Coordinator to review construction plans, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates and submit competitive bids for commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing project requirements, and preparing professional estimates. Experience with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and interior finish plans is highly preferred. Responsibilities - Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents. - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from plans and blueprints. - Analyze architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and finish schedules. - Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. - Identify project scope, inclusions, exclusions, and potential risks. - Request and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. - Prepare and submit bid proposals before deadlines. - Track bid opportunities and maintain bid calendars. - Communicate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients regarding bid requirements. - Review addendums and update estimates as required. - Assist with value engineering and cost-saving recommendations. - Maintain estimating databases, pricing libraries, and bid records. - Generate bid summaries, scope sheets, and proposal documents. - Participate in pre-bid meetings and project hand-off discussions when awarded. Qualifications - Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. - Experience performing material takeoffs and quantity surveys. - Knowledge of commercial and residential construction methods. - Understanding of architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior finish systems. - Proficiency with estimating software such as: - PlanSwift - Bluebeam Revu - STACK - ProEst - Buildertrend - Microsoft Excel - Strong mathematical and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English. - Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Requirements - 2+ years of construction estimating experience. - Experience bidding commercial projects such as restaurants, retail spaces, offices, tenant fit-outs, and food halls. - Experience reviewing design development and construction document sets. - Knowledge of subcontractor pricing and procurement processes. - Familiarity with RFIs, change orders, and construction contracts.
