• Responsible for loan approvals on business purpose and commercial real estate loans within line of business parameters. • Interact closely with others in Credit Administration, as well as the revenue producing lines of business. • Make credit decisions that are consistent with the corporate credit culture and provide timely responses on complete loan request packages. • Reviews and determines appropriate risk assessment of business loan requests including the appropriate level of analysis of borrower's business, management, financial condition, and operations. • Evaluates financial statements and prepares independent written credit evaluations on business loans and relationships. • Apply experience and judgment to evaluate the level of risk within a request and structure the loan terms to meet the borrower’s needs while adhering to AUB’s risk and credit policies. • Collaborate with sales and credit partners to meet deadlines on business loan requests. • Accountable for and manages assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, proactively defining client credit solutions, identifying issues and following through for remediation. • Provides guidance/mentoring to Relationship Managers on risk management issues and/or loan structure as requested or otherwise deemed necessary or appropriate.

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Construction Estimator / Bid Coordinator to review construction plans, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates and submit competitive bids for commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing project requirements, and preparing professional estimates. Experience with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and interior finish plans is highly preferred. Responsibilities - Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents. - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from plans and blueprints. - Analyze architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and finish schedules. - Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. - Identify project scope, inclusions, exclusions, and potential risks. - Request and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. - Prepare and submit bid proposals before deadlines. - Track bid opportunities and maintain bid calendars. - Communicate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients regarding bid requirements. - Review addendums and update estimates as required. - Assist with value engineering and cost-saving recommendations. - Maintain estimating databases, pricing libraries, and bid records. - Generate bid summaries, scope sheets, and proposal documents. - Participate in pre-bid meetings and project hand-off discussions when awarded. Role Description This is a remote position. rtNOW is a pioneer in bringing highly qualified telerespiratory therapists to the front of pulmonary care. Remote positive airway pressure device set up's are a growing field requiring individuals with experience and expertise in educating and assisting patients with their PAP machines. This position interfaces with patients, assisting them with all their PAP needs, to help maintain quality data to manage our durable medical equipment business. The position is virtual and is an area of service that allows respiratory therapists to interact directly with patients who have pulmonary disease. Excellent communication skills via telephone, video chat, text or email are expected. Attention to detail, prompt, and accurate work is expected to educate and serve both patients and support our DME clients. Respiratory therapists hired for this position work remotely and will be responsible for computer technology and stable Wifi access and will provide their own computer support. Reporting: This position will report to the appointed supervisor within the rtNOW organization.
