Role Description Contribuer à l'instruction des dossiers juridiques du l’UDAC principalement des contrats et des conventions, des actes juridiques classiques. - Réaliser des consultations juridiques sur les thématiques de l’UDAC tels que responsabilités, vie étudiante, RSE … - Participer à l’élaboration d’outils ou d’instruments juridiques propres à notre environnement dans le respect de nos textes normatifs (guide, note, charte, règlement intérieur, modèles…). - Participer aux démarches de développement des nouveaux modes de communication du service notamment en mode projets. - Approche en précontentieux et contentieux en suivi des procédures contentieuses. Qualifications - Avoir une appétence pour l'environnement professionnel public et dans les domaines concernés. - Savoir travailler en équipe réduite et de manière transversale. - Savoir rendre compte et tenir compte des contraintes de délais. - Exploiter des données et des sources. - Bonne utilisation d’outils informatiques bureautiques et des logiciels de visioconférence. - Intérêt pour les nouveaux modes de communication du service en construction (modélisation légal design). Requirements - Bonne rédaction et analyse juridique. - Rigueur et fiabilité. - Capacités d’écoute et de partage. - Adaptabilité à l’environnement. - Discrétion et confidentialité dans les dossiers sensibles. - Un (e) juriste ou chargé(e) d’études juridiques titulaire ou contractuel. - Spécialisé en droit public (droit administratif général, droit des biens, organisation générale des institutions notamment). - Expérience en environnement public souhaitée (que ce soit stages M2, contrats à durée déterminée) de 6 mois à 2 ans. Company Description - Identifier le fondement juridique d'une action, d'une demande, d'un cas. - Expertiser les actes juridiques. - Savoir interpréter des textes juridiques avec la jurisprudence dans le domaine. - Élaborer des préconisations dans le cadre de l'étude et du suivi de dossiers complexes et/ou sensibles sous la forme de note, guide, consultation. - Rédiger des actes juridiques simples de qualité dans le domaine (contrat, acte unilatéral, charte, code de bonne pratiques…) avec participation à des négociations, des réunions. - Concevoir et modéliser les supports (procédures internes et documentation). - Analyser la nature des problématiques juridiques (montage juridique, réclamation) des risques et évaluer les enjeux. - Donner des conseils appropriés aux problématiques juridiques au service des directions et des référents de proximité dans une vision de relation avec les utilisateurs. - Participer à des outils juridiques et instruments juridiques nouveaux et innovants (projet, groupe de travail, guides et notes), réseaux sociaux. - Participer au suivi de l'exécution des décisions de justice dans une approche progressive du précontentieux et du contentieux.
