Role Description O profissional será responsável por apoiar o desenho técnico, a implementação e a configuração da plataforma Google Cloud necessária para a execução dos agentes de IA, garantindo aderência à arquitetura definida, segurança, escalabilidade, rastreabilidade, observabilidade e controle de custos. Atuará de forma integrada aos profissionais de IA, ao Product Owner/QA, aos arquitetos e aos representantes técnicos e de governança da Deal. Principais responsabilidades - Configurar e implementar componentes da solução no ambiente Google Cloud do cliente. - Apoiar a implementação e a evolução de agentes utilizando Vertex AI Agent Builder e Agent Engine. - Configurar mecanismos de busca semântica e recuperação de contexto para soluções RAG. - Implementar o consumo dos modelos Gemini disponibilizados por meio do Vertex AI Model Garden. - Configurar estruturas de armazenamento vetorial utilizando Vertex AI Vector Search. - Implementar mecanismos de memória e gestão de estado das sessões utilizando Firestore. - Estruturar o uso de BigQuery para armazenamento e análise de metadados, indicadores, históricos e informações operacionais. - Configurar buckets no Cloud Storage para documentos, artefatos, evidências, logs e arquivos processados pelos agentes. - Implementar e realizar o deploy de microsserviços, conectores e orquestradores utilizando Cloud Run e, quando aplicável, GKE. - Configurar APIs, políticas de autenticação, controle de tráfego e proteção dos serviços. - Implementar integrações orientadas a eventos utilizando Pub/Sub, Eventarc e Cloud Functions. - Apoiar integrações com Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, Portal Tech, PDI e APIs internas. - Configurar IAM, service accounts, Secret Manager e políticas de menor privilégio. - Implementar mecanismos de logging, monitoramento, rastreamento e auditoria. - Apoiar a criação e configuração dos pipelines de CI/CD da solução. - Monitorar consumo, cotas, tokens e custos dos serviços de IA. - Produzir documentação técnica, diagramas, evidências de configuração e orientações operacionais. - Apoiar testes técnicos, validação em UAT, estabilização da solução e implantação em produção. - Participar do handover e da transferência de conhecimento para os times indicados pelo cliente. Qualifications - Experiência prática em projetos de Inteligência Artificial ou IA Generativa sobre Google Cloud. - Experiência com Vertex AI, Gemini e consumo de modelos por API. - Experiência com Vertex AI Agent Builder, Agent Engine ou estruturas equivalentes de desenvolvimento e orquestração de agentes. - Conhecimento de arquiteturas RAG, embeddings, busca semântica e bancos vetoriais. - Experiência com Vertex AI Search ou Vertex AI Vector Search. - Experiência com BigQuery, Firestore e Cloud Storage. - Experiência com Cloud Run e aplicações conteinerizadas. - Conhecimento de Docker, microsserviços e APIs REST. - Experiência com Pub/Sub, Eventarc ou arquiteturas orientadas a eventos. - Experiência com IAM, Secret Manager, service accounts e gestão segura de credenciais. - Experiência com Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring e Cloud Trace. - Conhecimento de pipelines de CI/CD e Cloud Build. - Experiência com integração entre serviços Google Cloud e sistemas corporativos. - Conhecimento de práticas de segurança, rastreabilidade e observabilidade em ambientes regulados. - Capacidade de produzir documentação técnica e evidências de implementação. - Experiência com pelo menos uma das seguintes linguagens: Python, Java ou Node.js. - Capacidade de comunicação com arquitetos, desenvolvedores, áreas de segurança, governança e representantes de negócio. Role Description Crowe's Technology Advisory (ITA) practice is seeking a Manager, Solutions Architect to support cloud deployment, integration, and carve-out engagements. This individual will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing and delivering cloud infrastructure solutions for Private Equity firms and their Portfolio Companies. The role participates throughout the engagement lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, implementation, migration, and client transition activities. Key Responsibilities - Engagement Delivery - Lead technical workstreams for infrastructure deployments and integration services projects, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. - Participate in discovery workshops with client stakeholders to assess current-state environments and support migration planning. - Contribute to statements of work, solution designs, project documentation, and client deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, escalating when appropriate. - Support project managers and engagement leaders in achieving successful client outcomes. - Solution Architecture - Design and implement cloud landing zones on Microsoft Azure and/or GCP, including networking, identity, security controls, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Apply established integration and onboarding playbooks to support portfolio company implementations and cloud migrations. - Lead technical implementation activities involving Kubernetes, cloud databases, monitoring solutions, and disaster recovery capabilities. - Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, scalability, and operational requirements. - Client & Team Collaboration - Collaborate with client stakeholders, including IT leadership and technical teams, to understand business and technical requirements. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Identity, Security, Networking, and Data Migration workstreams. - Mentor consultants and senior consultants while supporting knowledge sharing across the delivery team. - Work effectively with onshore and offshore resources to deliver project objectives. - Practice Contributions - Contribute to the development and refinement of delivery methodologies, templates, and technical standards. - Support business development efforts through technical input for proposals, client presentations, and solution discussions. - Share best practices and lessons learned to improve service delivery and consistency. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required. - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred. - Additional cloud certifications are a plus. - 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, IT consulting, systems integration, or related disciplines. - Experience supporting cloud migrations, infrastructure deployments, or M&A integration initiatives. - Experience working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment preferred. - Private Equity or portfolio company experience is a plus.
