Role Description We are seeking a talented individual for a Senior Regional Director who is responsible for the overall service delivery and satisfaction of assigned clients. Specific responsibilities include: - Achieving revenue and margin goals. - Ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverables. - Identifying and assisting with the development and execution of sales strategies. - Facilitating the growth of professional staff. - Building and enhancing client relationships. - Supporting and/or leading corporate initiatives. - Driving the overall HMS agenda within assigned commercial clients. Your role in our mission includes: - Effectively planning, budgeting, and managing client account economics (i.e., full P&L). - Understanding client’s business and demonstrating technical competence in the services and industry. - Managing multiple complex contracts and a revenue base. - Understanding the political and competitive landscape, and proactively protecting and growing business accordingly. - Building strong relationships internally at Gainwell and externally with clients at various levels to facilitate integration and drive results. - Adding value by identifying client expectations and then exceeding mutually agreed-upon objectives. - Successfully attracting, managing, retaining, and developing employees, including succession planning. - Continually promoting Gainwell by developing further contacts within the business community and serving as an ambassador in the market. - Proactively shaping needs and expansion opportunities to optimize client service. - Assisting executive leadership in identifying and managing client risks. - Assisting in identifying partnerships that enhance HMS’ ability to enter new contracts and markets. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree (MBA or healthcare related) desired. - 10+ years of sales and account management experience in a healthcare insurance environment, Medicaid and Medicare experience desired. Financial background preferred. - 5+ years’ experience directly managing staff. - 5+ years’ project management experience. - Strong analytical and healthcare technology background preferred. Requirements - Flexible Work Environment. - Fully Remote (Within the US). - Preferred candidate lives within the Southeast or Midwest. - Travel may be required up to 10%. - Compensation includes annual bonus of up to 30%. - The pay range for this position is $130,600.00 - $186,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Responsibilities - Application Management - Complete, submit, and track manufacturer Patient Assistance Program (PAP) applications. - Utilize the Med Data platform to manage application workflows. - Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission. - Patient Intake & Coordination - Communicate with patients to obtain necessary documentation, including: - Proof of income - Household information - Income attestations - Required consent forms - Educate patients on application requirements and status updates. - Provider Engagement - Coordinate with clinic providers and prescribers to obtain: - Wet signatures - Electronic authorizations - Prescription documentation - Maintain efficient communication between providers and pharmacy teams. - Refill & Lifecycle Tracking - Manage an active pipeline of approximately 120 applications and renewals per month. - Track medication refill schedules and pickup dates. - Initiate renewal processes at least 90 days before expiration to prevent treatment interruptions. - Interdepartmental Coordination - Communicate with pharmacy hubs and care teams regarding medication shipments and deliveries. - Ensure seamless coordination between patients, providers, pharmacies, and manufacturers. - Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate records in NextGen, Med Data, and future eClinicalWorks systems. - Scan, upload, and organize all documentation according to company standards. - Ensure compliance with OSV, FTCA, and applicable healthcare regulations. Qualifications - Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential. - Experience working in a healthcare setting. - Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. - Strong understanding of medical terminology. - Excellent organizational and documentation skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workflows simultaneously. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - High attention to detail and commitment to patient advocacy. Role Description We're looking for a Staff Production Operations Engineer to drive Redpanda's reliability operations program. This role combines hands-on site reliability engineering with planning and coordination skills to ensure a world-class operations practice across a globally distributed engineering team. In this role, you'll work with the broader Engineering team, Engineering leadership, Product and Customer Success to drive operational excellence. You'll coordinate our on-call and incident lead rotations, drive blameless post-incident reviews, and own the processes that help us respond faster, learn more from outages, and systematically improve reliability. We're looking for someone who can leverage AI agents to automate the operational toil that slows teams down, building on Redpanda's own ADP platform to do it. You Will: - Drive process improvements across the incident lifecycle: severity models, triage enforcement, alert noise reduction, and follow-up completion rates - Coordinate the on-call program across multiple geographies: manage schedules and shadow rotations, onboard new engineers, and ensure consistent coverage - Select incidents for post-incident review, facilitate blameless post-incident reviews, document findings, and track follow-up completion. Contribute to addressing incident follow-ups where possible, either by fixing issues directly or prototyping solutions - Build AI agents to automate operational toil, including on-call automation, as well as incident summarization, post-incident reviews prep, follow-up tracking, and on-call analytics - Maintain runbooks, playbooks, and incident process documentation, and keep them current as processes evolve Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or production operations in large-scale, highly reliable environments - A track record of leading initiatives end-to-end, from design and planning, to execution and production operation - Hands-on experience with incident management tooling (incident.io, PagerDuty, or similar) and observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, CloudWatch, or equivalent) - Strong fluency with reliability concepts: MTTD, MTTR, MTTA, error budgets, SLOs - Experience building automation and tooling to reduce operational toil - Proficiency in Go (or comparable systems language with willingness to ramp) - Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows including tools like Claude Code - Working knowledge of at least one of AWS / Azure / GCP, including infrastructure as code for system and network infrastructure - Strong written communication; ability to drive alignment across engineering teams without direct authority Nice to Have - Hands-on experience building agents or automations using LLMs - Familiarity with Redpanda, Apache Kafka, or other streaming infrastructure - Prior experience in a fast-growing B2B infrastructure or developer tools company Requirements U.S. base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $256,000 (CA, NY, WA) and $211,000 - $250,000 (other US locations).
