Key Responsibilities - Conduct primary source verification of provider credentials (licenses, education, board certifications, work history). - Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records within credentialing systems. - Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance. - Prepare credentialing and recredentialing files for review and approval. - Communicate with providers to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies. - Support audits, accreditation reviews, and compliance reporting. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. - Respond to internal and external credentialing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Perform data entry and administrative support related to provider enrollment. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Requirements - Previous administrative, healthcare operations, or data entry experience (preferred). - Familiarity with credentialing software or provider databases (MP3, Echo, NOW, CAQH, etc.) (preferred). - Basic understanding of healthcare compliance or regulatory requirements (preferred). Role Description The Client Advocate is responsible for assisting clients’ employees with benefit plan questions and/or help with issue resolution. The CA serves as the direct point of contact for these employees and handles incoming phone calls and emails as needed. They will work under the direction of the Account Manager and collaboratively as part of an internal team. Role Description PWDA is seeking a full-time remote advocate to work in our National Redress Program. The Redress Advocate works directly with clients via telephone advocacy, assisting them in navigating the redress process, providing them with information on their rights and options, including accessing counselling and legal advice. You will assist them with their application to the program and advocate to ensure their needs are met effectively. - This role engages with a number of stakeholders including the National Redress Scheme and legal services. - It also involves public speaking and presentations to the public and other services on the Redress Program.
