Customer Service, Order Management Specialist

Hire Overseas

• Own inbound customer communication, order processing, sales support, and issue resolution for a fast-moving wholesale distribution business • Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accuracy and order progress from first inquiry through final delivery • Monitor company inboxes continuously and respond promptly and professionally to customer communications • Accurately enter all regular and special-order items into the order management system and verify all details before releasing any order • Process all orders on time, deliver accurate ETAs and updates, and resolve customer issues from start to finish • Assist sales representatives with pricing and order clarification, managing quotes with accuracy and speed • Create and maintain customer accounts and provide excellent support through various channels

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support in a wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a genuine zero-error mindset on order entry and processing
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of emails, orders, and customer requests simultaneously without losing accuracy
  • Proficient with order management systems, CRM tools, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proactive communicator who flags issues, delays, or concerns before they become problems
  • High sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to resolve issues end to end without being followed up
