• Support the execution of large-scale direct voter contact (DVC) programs across modes and platforms — including mail, SMS, and digital — ensuring voter universes are accurate, well-structured, and ready for deployment • Build and maintain clean, well-documented data tables for analysis and universe creation, supporting the program's ability to target and reach voters at scale • Support the program's research and learning agenda by adhering to established definitions of treatment and control groups and ensuring audience segments meet A/B testing standards. • Support the identification and prioritization of voting sites for Party at the Polls activations, using data to guide geographic decision-making • Provide analytical capacity across Civic Nation teams during a high-intensity season, including: • Contributing to reports and presentations for internal and external audiences • Delivering timely analysis of program performance • Building automated processes and dashboards that surface real-time insights and reduce manual data work • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience in an analyst role (including internships), or significant quantitative coursework including statistics, economics, modeling, regression analysis, or coding
- Experience with SQL required
- Experience with R or Python, BigQuery, and Google Data Studio preferred
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) is a plus
