Role Description ASSYST is seeking a Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions Analyst to support our client project in Austin, TX. This position is remote. The resource will serve as a senior master data management (MDM) administrator/developer, and a critical liaison between technical IT and non-technical program staff mastering complex member and provider data sources across the departments and agencies. This role empowers client’s staff to effectively determine client and provider identity crosswalks across application sources, for developing integrated agency analytical reporting and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong MDM and SQL skills, a deep understanding of client’s programs and data, strong history of data profiling across client’s data domains, with exceptional communication abilities to bridge the gap between technical data systems and operational users in the emerging context of AI. Responsibilities - Strategic Liaison and Translation: - Work with program areas, project sponsor and system SMEs to understand member and provider data domains and common data identity issues. - Explain technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users. - Data Reporting and Visualization: - Extract, integrate, and analyze member and provider identity data from multiple complex internal and external sources to support client’s analytics needs. - Collaborate with end-users and performance analysts or IT internal leaders to create visualizations showing member and provider profiles for constantly emerging analytics needs. - Provide subject matter expertise on validating output from AI, particularly with respect to identifying and mitigating hallucinations. - Ensure all data identities adhere to agency data standards, data governance, and compliance regulations. - Data Literacy and Training: - Champion data identity across the organization by developing and conducting training sessions for non-technical staff. - Create clear, comprehensive documentation and tutorials on using master data for data integrations. - Promote a data-driven culture by enabling and empowering all employees to effectively utilize master data tools and AI. - Collaboration and Problem-Solving: - Work closely with data engineering, IT, and Program teams to troubleshoot data identity issues and address inconsistencies and mitigation strategies. - Provide expert guidance to program staff on interpreting data identity trends and answering complex identity questions. - Stay up to date on new AI and data identity tools and techniques to continuously improve data integrations, data quality and reporting. - AI Prompting and Data Synthesis: - Develop and refine effective AI prompts and query strategies to retrieve and synthesize data accurately from complex data domains. - Guide non-technical users in crafting precise prompts to get the data they need, ensuring fidelity and accuracy. - Develop a library of standardized prompts and query templates for common data identity needs. Qualifications - Experience with Informatica PowerCenter - Experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolutions and operational requirements into clear, actionable access paths for client or provider identity for complex analytics - Experience with MDM tools such Informatica MDM - Experience explaining technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users and leadership. - Strong experience with SQL for data identification, data profiling and manipulation. - Experience collaborating with end-users and performance analysts or IT internal leaders to create and validate client and member identification strategies for analytics development. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Role Description The purpose of the role is to continuously improve HMA’s Analytics function through data quality initiatives and automation. This role will work to identify, test, and implement automated reports and processes that are significant to business processes and internal stakeholders. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for internal stakeholders, this position will also assist its customers with reporting-related questions and troubleshooting and will conduct research as needed to determine the appropriate responses. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. - 3-5+ years’ previous experience with reporting and data analysis using SQL and PowerBI. - Certification in PowerBI preferred. - Proven success creating and maintaining data visualization tools including PowerBI. - Expert level skills within Microsoft Excel and the ability to manipulate data with ease. - Must be a critical thinker and very analytical in order to synthesize data and troubleshoot issues. - Great communication skills in order to interact with stakeholders and efficiently gather requirements. - Resilient, adaptable, and have the ability to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly. - Mastery of time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized and maintain a keen attention to detail. - Experience in the health care analytics industry, including payer/TPA models strongly preferred. Role Description You will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team. You will participate in several aspects of the statistical analysis work for both operational procedures and research. You will help implement systems and procedural process improvement. You will report to the Director - Psychometrics and Research. You will be 100% remote. You Will: - Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review. - Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review. - Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request. - Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects. - Help test systems enhancements and other process changes. - Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work.
