Role Description You will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team. You will participate in several aspects of the statistical analysis work for both operational procedures and research. You will help implement systems and procedural process improvement. You will report to the Director - Psychometrics and Research. You will be 100% remote. You Will: - Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review. - Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review. - Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request. - Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects. - Help test systems enhancements and other process changes. - Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience. - Knowledge and application of statistical concepts. - Intermediate SAS programming skills. - Experience with data workflow management, database management, and data visualization, preferred. - Experience with R or Python, Quarto, and/or Rmarkdown, preferred. Role Description The Senior Data Analyst will have a critical role in empowering customers and internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by generating data solutions (dashboards, reports, etc.) that lead to actionable insights. The role involves working collaboratively across many teams, including customer success, product, and engineering. This position would be an excellent fit for someone passionate about using data to empower decision-making. Responsibilities: - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions to drive decision making - Lead and interpret data and communicate findings through effective storytelling - Contribute to the development of reusable data assets - Define, document and maintain key business metrics and reporting standards - Troubleshoot issues with existing and new data products and integrations - Mentor peers on both technical and non-technical aspects of analytical work - Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, reporting assets and analytical processes - Communicate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences - Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, computer science, etc.) - 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or related field - 2+ years experience presenting findings and analytical recommendations to stakeholders - Fluent in SQL and strong working knowledge of relational databases - Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.) - Strong working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.) - Comfortable presenting analyses to both internal and external stakeholders - Able to understand, communicate, and work effectively and respectfully across demographic, socioeconomic, language, and all other cultural identifiers of communities - Experience in healthcare, population health, social services, or community-based care environments preferred. Requirements - Experience with DBT and other data-related technologies (Airflow, Airbyte, etc.) - Interest in developing, evaluating, and deploying predictive models - Experience working with healthcare, population health, social determinants of health (SDOH), care management, claims or clinical datasets. • Build, monitor and enhance strategic KPIs and data products for B2B Commercial Planning, automating reports via GCP, Looker Studio and Slack to support executive decision-making • Extract, clean and analyze large volumes of data (using SQL on GCP), structure diagnostics and develop self-service solutions (BI and generative AI), and act as the focal point for validations with the tech team • Lead complex studies to validate hypotheses, measure pilot initiatives and identify business opportunities with deep analytical rigor • Create predictive and trend analyses, and design and implement short- and medium-term action plans to drive results and ensure operational excellence • Translate complex data insights into concise presentations for different audiences, leading forums with the Commercial team.
