• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. • Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team. • Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system. • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
Job Requirements
- A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
- Experience working with the geriatric population.
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, and/or their siblings). • Utilize therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines and are tailored to the needs of the client. This may include Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy, and others. • Attend to relational ethics, while collaborating with others in the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve.
