• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, and/or their siblings). • Utilize therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines and are tailored to the needs of the client. This may include Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy, and others. • Attend to relational ethics, while collaborating with others in the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve. Actively engage other team members to ensure wrap-around support for the family and sharing of information and ideas. • Participate in family care meetings with other providers. • Comply with clinic policies and all state, federal, and licensing board laws/requirements/regulations by fostering practices that adhere to the standards of care and ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and mandated reporting. • Adhere to – and support other team members’ adherence to – organizational standards and policies. • Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards. • Team members must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
Job Requirements
- You possess a master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs.
- You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
- You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
- You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
- You have 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.

Role Description The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing high-volume, end-to-end provider enrollments for a growing ophthalmology organization. This role owns the full lifecycle of payer enrollment—from application preparation and submission through approval and activation—ensuring providers are enrolled accurately and efficiently. The position also supports provider onboarding by initiating and completing hospital privileging applications and maintaining regular communication with operational leaders. This role is primarily focused on enrollment and payer coordination, with limited involvement in credentialing. The Specialist works closely with providers, internal teams, Medical Staff offices, and insurance payers to minimize delays and support timely revenue cycle activation.
