• Plan, execute and manage content strategy across multiple social networks (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok), ensuring consistency between channels and alignment with brand objectives; • Monitor trends, conversations and market movements, acting quickly with real-time marketing and identifying positioning opportunities; • Manage communities and interactions, responding to comments, messages and mentions, and actively engaging on X to strengthen the brand; • Create, adapt and publish content (copy, scripts and creative directions), in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring quality and coherence of communications; • Track metrics, analyze results and generate insights, proposing optimizations, tests and new approaches based on data and benchmarks; • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a Social Media professional, working across multiple networks (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok), preferably in B2B or technology contexts;
  • Experience with content planning, editorial calendars and real-time marketing;
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics, generate insights and make data-driven decisions;
  • Strong creative writing skills and ability to adapt language for different channels and audiences;
  • Highly connected to trends, digital culture and audience behavior;
  • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
