• Collaborate with marketing and business leadership to develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned to business goals, including strategic planning, editorial calendar development, and channel optimization. • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging content (e.g., case studies, white papers, webinars), digital marketing, direct mail, and public relations. Track performance and optimize based on measurable results. • Partner with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for content development, campaign innovation, and growth. Serve as a liaison to secure approvals and ensure alignment. • Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders including sales leaders and subject matter experts. • Develop and manage a content strategy that ensures messaging is clear, consistent, engaging, and actionable across all channels. • Support and expand PSG’s thought leadership efforts to increase brand awareness, enhance solution visibility, and strengthen market credibility. • Maintain and evolve product positioning frameworks, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and sales operations teams. • Collaborate with public relations partners to secure speaking engagements, awards, media opportunities, and thought leadership placements. • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and speaking engagements, including development of presentations, materials, and on-site support. • Define and analyze key performance indicators across campaigns, public relations efforts, and audience targeting; partner with internal teams to evaluate results and drive optimization. • Champion PSG’s brand by promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across marketing initiatives.
• Own Salesforce hygiene by conducting regular audits of open pipeline, identifying stalled or outdated opportunities, and partnering with sales leaders to improve data accuracy and opportunity management discipline. • Schedule, manage, and facilitate pipeline calls, ensuring adherence to standards, keeping teams aligned to the agenda, documenting follow-up items, and driving timely completion of next steps. • Manage the employee incentive process by ensuring eligible opportunities are reviewed and dispositioned appropriately, coordinating approvals with executive leadership and finance, and supporting communication when incentives are awarded. • Audit won opportunities to ensure Salesforce records accurately reflect executed contract terms, including scope, timing, and financial details, and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. • Lead renewal management activities by ensuring renewals are created, tracked, and closed accurately, and by facilitating regular reviews with business leaders to keep renewals moving through the process. • Leverage sales data to generate insights that inform business strategy, including analysis of win and loss trends, forecast quality, and weighting accuracy. • Partner with leaders across the business to expand adoption and effective use of Salesforce as a CRM and pipeline management platform, including process improvements, better account-level tracking, and cross-system integration opportunities. • Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including license management, reassignment of contacts and opportunities, dashboard and report development, and ongoing system administration activities. • Act as a trusted operational partner who leads through influence, drives accountability across stakeholders, and identifies opportunities to strengthen sales processes before and after opportunities move through the pipeline.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product applications, data flows, and lifecycle activities • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Support standardized product and data lifecycle processes from intake through delivery and retirement • Facilitate alignment across Product, IT, Data, and Compliance stakeholders • Partner with product teams (consultants, developers, analysts, PMs) to ensure accurate and timely data implementation • Work directly with clients to gather data requirements and secure approval on configurations • Collaborate with vendors to obtain data file layouts, test files, claims files • Provide internal and external status updates and implementation reports • Administer Azure DevOps (projects, boards, workflows, and work items) • Maintain consistent tool configurations for tracking and reporting • Manage user access, permissions, and security groups in collaboration with IT • Ensure lifecycle data (status, ownership, dependencies, outcomes) is accurate and up-to-date • Track product changes, enhancements, and data dependencies • Ensure tools reflect governance standards and lifecycle requirements • Partner with Product and Data teams to align tool usage with compliance and audit expectations • Maintain documentation for lifecycle workflows, standards, and tool administration • Enforce naming conventions, templates, and operational best practices • Support audits, reporting, and leadership insights related to product and data operations
• Own the proposal workflow from intake through final submission, excluding content writing • Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time, complete delivery • Coordinate with subject matter experts and leadership to collect inputs and drive progress • Assemble and finalize proposal materials using approved templates, language, and formatting standards • Review proposals for accuracy, consistency, branding, style, and compliance with RFP requirements • Manage submission logistics and confirm successful delivery • Maintain accurate proposal tracking, status updates, and documentation in CRM and internal systems • Provide formatting and proofreading support for related marketing and research deliverables as needed • Assist with cross-functional project coordination, including scheduling, task tracking, and follow-up
• Serve as the primary/lead consultant on strategic clients. • Lead and cultivate multi-level client relationships with executives, human resource personnel, pharmacy department personnel and others. • Identify business needs and create custom solutions for sophisticated clients. • Lead vendor strategies that will include procurement efforts, contract negotiation and ongoing vendor management. • Track and measure vendor contract performance.
• Independently Manage ongoing projects including: • Contributing to work assigned • Moving project forward through project plan • Managing client deliverables • Prepare documents and reports to support Vendor Procurement project activity • Assist in the development of project strategies • Assess project risks and issues with suggested solutions • Preparing documents and reports to support Vendor Procurement project activity • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, and resources for their Portfolio of accounts • Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings: • Chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate • Documentation of action items and decisions from meetings • Preparation of presentation materials for meetings • Providing administrative support as needed • Participating in the development of initiatives and team projects that enhance the quality and efficiency of our services
• Lead a team to drive client satisfaction, portfolio growth and profitability through innovative product service development and team leadership • Ensure client/broker satisfaction and manage the client portfolio for growth and retention • Develop strategies, implement programs, and participate in business strategy for both clinical and non-clinical processes • Manage relationships with Pharmacy Benefit Managers and other pharmacy service providers, including procurement, contracting, and implementation • Oversee overall program operations, including marketplace access, audits, market checks, and reporting • Support sales and marketing efforts for the segment • Consult strategically with clients and support clinical strategy alongside other leaders
• Clinical Strategy Development: Create innovative clinical programs, products, and services aimed at optimizing specialty and non-specialty drug management, support payer clients with their PBM and drug coverage decisions • Data Analysis and Action: Act as a detail-oriented advisor, using data-driven insights to evaluate pharmacy programs, identify trend drivers, outlier high-cost claims and drive improvements. • Pipeline and Trend Management: Monitor emerging market trends and drug pipelines to anticipate client impact and develop proactive solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional enterprise teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients and their members. • Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships and serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in a highly visible role, often interacting with senior leadership. • Thought Leadership contributes to and drives brand visibility and market positioning by distilling complex industry trends into expert insights, blog content, and participating in webinar or speaking engagements.
