Associate Revenue Cycle Analyst – Claim Rejections
Natera
• Investigating and resolving complex front-end billing issues that impact claim acceptance and reimbursement. • Focus on EDI rejections, insurance verification, and claim submission errors. • Assisting with developing appropriate workflows for the designated revenue cycle function. • Establishing ongoing working relationships with other departments impacting revenue cycle performance. • Working closely with vendor operations teams to oversee operations activities. • Tracking outcomes of payment resolution, appeals, and negotiated claims. • Leading weekly meetings to review key metrics, workflows, trends, and performance improvement opportunities. • Continuously reviewing and monitoring billing and coding changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in business or healthcare related field of study preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in medical billing and Insurance collections.
- Basic knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifier selection, and UB revenue codes.
- Proficiency with medical billing systems, Microsoft Excel, medical terminology and basic procedure coding knowledge.
- Proficient in spreadsheet development (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, problem solving and team player skills.
- Ability to navigate across multiple customer demands and balance competing priorities successfully.
- Ability to analyze, identify and articulate identified trends and report trends succinctly in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to solve problems using critical thinking skills.
- Analytical skills required.

Role Description Chevo is hiring two experienced Governance & IRB Analysts to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the versatility to understand and perform work overseeing the scheduling, documentation, and management of the Investment Review Boards (IRBs), supporting governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for Farm Production & Conservation (FPAC) governance support.
