• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions. • Lead end-to-end IdentityIQ implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Configure and develop workflows, rules, forms, certifications, policies, and provisioning processes. • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications including Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications. • Develop custom connectors, REST/SOAP integrations, and Java-based customizations. • Support identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows. • Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and governance frameworks. • Configure and manage access certifications, separation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during incident resolution. • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across IAM projects. • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to IAM strategy initiatives. • Report into Senior Identity Leadership
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
- 7+ years of overall IAM or cybersecurity experience.
- Strong experience developing SailPoint IIQ Rules using Java, BeanShell, and XML.
- Experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and certification campaigns.
- Expertise integrating SailPoint with:
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, SQL, and LDAP.
- Lead technical projects
