Senior Integrations Consultant – Workday

Kognitiv Inc.

• Implement Workday solutions for a global customer base • Design, build, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple types and areas of Workday Integrations • Conduct working sessions with clients and vendors to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements • Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements • Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on medium to high complexity projects across multiple clients without supervision • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Kognitiv and Workday best practices • Manage the project scope, quality, and timeline for area(s) of expertise • Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members • Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client • Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations
  • Deep knowledge of multiple areas of Workday Integrations
  • Ability to lead medium to large projects
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals
  • Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong consulting skills and a proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences
  • Willingness and ability to mentor and/or manage other consultants
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
  • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year)
