• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the financial advisor’s practice. • Enhance client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating them on firm services and solutions. • Assist with account-related requests, including transactions, maintenance, and online access, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Manage client onboarding by collecting documentation, assessing risk profiles, and maintaining accurate records. • Prepare reports and meeting materials, monitor account alerts, and support audits and regulatory reviews. • Collaborate with financial advisors on business plans, marketing initiatives, and client engagement strategies. • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
  • 2+ years of experience in client service industry
  • SIE Certification
  • Active Series 7 and/or 66 (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated strong performance in previous roles, with a focus on client relationship management and operational support.
  • Robust understanding of financial products and services.
  • Ability to execute trades and discuss investment recommendations with compliance limits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and ethical conduct.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting.

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Director of Client Services who will be responsible for oversight of multiple campaigns across different pharma companies and therapeutic areas to drive overall success and implementation.
