• Lead end-to-end searches for Director, Senior Director, VP, and executive-level talent across multiple functions. • Develop and execute proactive talent strategies to identify and attract top leadership candidates from highly competitive markets. • Build deep pipelines of passive talent and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential leaders. • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while effectively representing the company's mission, culture, and growth opportunities. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, hiring managers, and business leaders. • Develop a deep understanding of Zipline's strategy, operating model, and leadership needs. • Influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, organizational insights, and talent assessments. • Help leaders define hiring profiles that align with both current business needs and future organizational growth. • Conduct proactive market mapping and benchmarking to stay ahead of talent trends in key functional areas. • Evaluate candidates for leadership capability, organizational impact, strategic thinking, execution excellence, and cultural contribution. • Conduct rigorous assessments that go beyond experience to identify leaders capable of scaling teams, navigating complexity, and delivering results. • Develop structured interview processes and assessment frameworks that improve hiring quality and reduce bias. • Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to inform organizational planning and hiring priorities. • Partner on succession planning and long-term leadership capability development. • Drive continuous improvement in leadership recruiting practices and processes. • Raise the bar for how Zipline attracts, evaluates, and hires leaders.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring Director-level and above leadership talent.
- Demonstrated success recruiting senior leaders in hyper-growth, high-growth, or transformational companies.
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of independently leading complex leadership searches from strategy through close.
- Expertise in executive sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and executive-level candidate management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
