Role Description The Senior Vice President, Americas New Business is seeking an experienced and high-performing Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner, driving cross-functional alignment, accountability, and execution across the organization. This role ensures priorities are translated into action, decisions become outcomes, and critical initiatives advance with focus, discipline, and urgency. The Chief of Staff will orchestrate key business rhythms, track strategic priorities and workstreams, reinforce accountability, and ensure consistent follow-through across leadership and functional teams. While the role contributes to strategic planning and decision-making, the majority of the focus is on operational execution, communication, and driving measurable results. What You’ll Get to Do - Strategic Execution & Leadership Alignment - Translate the SVP, Americas New Business vision into executable priorities across the revenue organization. - Drive business performance and accountability through OKRs, annual planning processes, and strategic initiative tracking. - Coordinate and develop agendas for executive offsites, leadership meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning sessions. - Ensure strategic priorities are progressing and identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to execution. - Executive Support & Briefing - Develop a deep understanding of the SVP’s responsibilities, priorities, and stakeholder relationships. - Prioritize incoming requests and coordinate activities in partnership with the Executive Assistant. - Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and decision-support materials. - Provide actionable insights that enable informed and timely decision-making. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration - Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations to align business priorities and execution plans. - Facilitate collaboration across teams to support revenue growth objectives and organizational goals. - Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional initiatives. - Meeting Effectiveness & Communications - Create, review, and manage meeting agendas to maximize impact and productivity. - Ensure actions, decisions, and follow-ups are documented and executed. - Draft and review executive communications, presentations, board updates, speeches, and strategic materials. - Coordinate communication cadence and messaging in partnership with internal communications teams. - Special Projects & Business Operations - Lead strategic projects and revenue-focused initiatives from planning through execution. - Coordinate resources, track progress, and provide regular updates to executive leadership. - Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and business objectives. - Escalation Management & Organizational Readiness - Anticipate potential issues and escalations within the organization and coordinate resolution efforts. - Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements that drive organizational effectiveness. - Support change management and organizational readiness activities. - Leadership Enablement - Provide feedback and insights to support leadership effectiveness. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. - Lead by example and encourage professional development and high-performance behaviors. - Represent the SVP in selected meetings and initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field. - Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a senior leadership support role, preferably within a revenue-focused or Go-to-Market organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex business challenges and escalations. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations, business writing, and speech development. - Strong project and program management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and high-pressure environments. - Strong organizational and operational leadership capabilities. - Customer-facing and partner-facing experience with executive presence and credibility. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority. - Experience supporting senior executives and navigating highly matrixed organizations.
