• Partner closely with the Chief Commercialization Officer as a strategic advisor across the commercial organization • Drive execution of strategic priorities and transformation initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business development, licensing, partnerships, and venture activities • Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects involving multiple stakeholders • Develop executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic communications • Establish and manage operating rhythms, governance processes, and leadership forums • Track KPIs, milestones, and organizational performance metrics to ensure accountability • Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities, and drive solutions proactively • Serve as a key liaison across leadership, scientific stakeholders, and external partners • Support organizational design, process optimization, and scaling initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite leadership in commercialization, strategy, R&D, or related functions
  • 7+ years of experience leading senior teams and driving complex initiatives
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to develop high-impact presentations and materials
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in highly matrixed environments
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Experience in process improvement, operational scaling, and performance tracking
  • High level of discretion, business acumen, and interpersonal effectiveness
