• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT initiatives within a Life Sciences environment. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings. • Manage workstreams and track project activities using Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring development teams remain aligned, productive, and unblocked. • Partner closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor progress, assign priorities, and maintain accurate project status documentation. • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including project updates, presentations, and PowerPoint decks for senior leadership audiences. • Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, while driving timely resolution. • Lead integrated planning efforts across multiple teams and initiatives, ensuring coordination and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced project managers as needed, helping establish project management best practices. • Drive organizational change and support major platform transitions, including defining and executing transition plans in evolving environments. • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, organizational changes, and evolving leadership expectations while maintaining project momentum.

• Assist in managing project timelines, task lists, and action items across one or more customer implementation projects. • Support all phases of the project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment and handover. • Track project milestones, flag risks and dependencies, and escalate issues to senior team members as appropriate. • Maintain and update project plans, status reports, and change request logs under the guidance of the lead TPM. • Participate in and help facilitate regular customer meetings, taking notes and following up on action items. • Prepare meeting summaries, status update decks, and project documentation for both internal and external audiences. • Collaborate with implementation engineers, solution architects, QA, and customer success teams to coordinate deliverables. • Follow established project management processes, methodologies, and templates (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall/hybrid).

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects simultaneously • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and project documentation. • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. • Coordinate internal project meetings and maintain action item tracking. • Ensure project stakeholders have visibility into project status and upcoming deliverables. • Partner closely with the VP of Technology on client-facing projects and initiatives. • Participate in client meetings to document requirements, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks. • Assist in gathering business requirements and clarifying project objectives. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, meeting notes, and action item registers. • Translate business discussions into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams. • Work closely with developers, designers, QA resources, and business stakeholders to facilitate project execution. • Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and task prioritization activities. • Ensure development teams have the information and documentation needed to complete assigned work. • Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness efforts. • Help identify and resolve project blockers through collaboration with project stakeholders. • Assist in developing repeatable project management standards and best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication processes, and project delivery methods.
