• Execute functional testing across SAP FICO modules in ECC or S/4HANA landscapes • Validate General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Payment processes • Test and validate SAP Fiori applications • Query backend SAP tables to validate and troubleshoot financial data • Write detailed test cases and test steps to support functional validation • Log and track defects using Rally or JIRA • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional analysts and developers • Communicate testing results clearly to stakeholders

• Partner with stakeholders (Lab Ops, QA, IT) to gather and document business requirements for LabVantage LIMS enhancements and related lab systems. • Assist with process mapping, workflow documentation, and identifying opportunities for automation and standardization. • Support LabVantage configuration activities (e.g., sample workflows, tests, specifications, user roles, reports) under guidance from senior team members. • Participate in instrument/interface-related initiatives such as: Supporting instrument connectivity (e.g., chromatography systems, balances, pH meters, spectrophotometers). • Assisting with data transfer/integration troubleshooting between instruments, middleware, and LIMS. • Coordinating testing and validating that results flow correctly into LIMS. • Create and maintain project documentation including: User stories / BRDs / FRDs Traceability matrices Test scripts and execution evidence SOPs / Work Instructions. • Support UAT coordination, defect triage, and stakeholder communications. • Assist with CSV (Computer System Validation) deliverables in regulated environments (as applicable), including test planning and documentation support. • Work with cross-functional teams to support releases, change control, and ongoing system support.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom web and service applications using C#, VB, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. • Configure and support commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software used across design, document composition, manufacturing, marketing, fulfillment, and related workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime. • Implement corrective and preventative actions to mitigate recurring issues. • Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data integration processes supporting campaigns, print workflows, and digital messaging. • Provide solution architecture and system design, including data ownership definitions, systems-of-record alignment, and safeguards for integrating non-deterministic technologies such as LLMs. • Collaborate with business users, analysts, production teams, and customers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. • Integrate applications with third-party tools, APIs, and client systems. • Participate in code reviews, deployments, and change management processes to maintain code quality and operational stability. • Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and implementations to support long-term scalability and knowledge sharing.
