• Communication Design: Develop and execute marketing-type communication pieces to effectively promote learning initiatives and resources. • SharePoint Design and Administration: Oversee the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our SharePoint platform to enhance user experience and accessibility of learning materials. • Viva Engage Management: Manage and curate content for the Viva Engage channel, fostering community engagement and collaboration among learners. • Training Module Development: Create and implement computer-based training (CBT) modules that are interactive, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles. • Data Analysis: Analyze survey results from training sessions and engagement metrics from SharePoint and Viva Engage to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Strategic Planning: Develop and propose strategies for promotion, identify ineffective practices, and suggest innovative ideas for enhancing adult learning experiences. • Content Analysis and Organization: Analyze content, organize it effectively, and design solutions. Write storyboards, scripts, performance support materials, and manuals. • Learning Needs Assessment: Analyze learning needs and partner with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Write effective learning objectives and coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness. • Instruction and Guidance: Provide instruction and guidance to facilitators, ensuring that course materials are current and relevant to training needs. • Project Management: Plan, organize, and develop training curriculum, materials, job performance aids, and programs to meet specific training needs. • Consultative Skills: Utilize consultative skills to conduct needs analysis with clients to determine whether learning solutions are necessary or relevant.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or corporate communication/instructional design
- Experience creating engaging, computer-based training modules in digital and/or graphic design
- Proficiency in online content design and administration
- Regular use of Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.
- Experience in needs assessment and business consulting with clients
- Experience with Vyond, Articulate 360 or SharePoint software (preferred)
- Experience with Viva Engage platform or other engagement platforms (preferred)
- Work experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting (preferred)

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred. - Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required. - Strong creative design portfolio is essential. - Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. - Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work. - Some experience in computational design tools such as Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred. - Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred. - LEED accreditation preferred.
