Job Requirements
- Experience developing merchandise, lifestyle, outdoor or consumer goods products
- A strong eye for design, trends and brand impact
- Experience with product development and production preparation
- Confident use of design tools (Adobe, Figma or similar)
- Understanding of materials, finishes and product details
- Creativity combined with commercial awareness
- Independent and structured working style
- Enthusiasm for developing new ideas and taking responsibility
