• Source candidates for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual positions using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for language-specific hiring needs, and other bilingual talent pools. • Conduct candidate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. • Identify and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions. • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities within the ATS. • Support sourcing efforts for healthcare-related roles, including healthcare virtual assistants, medical administrative support, medical billing, medical coding, patient coordination, and other healthcare operations positions. • Source offshore talent across customer support, executive assistance, sales, marketing, operations, technology, and healthcare services. • Assist in building talent communities and candidate pools for recurring hiring needs. • Stay informed about talent market trends and hiring challenges within healthcare and remote workforce industries. • Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate pre-screening activities. • Assess candidates against job requirements and hiring criteria. • Gather and document candidate information for recruiter review. • Ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications before endorsement. • Support recruiters in maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline. • Conduct basic talent market research and competitor analysis. • Identify new sourcing channels, online communities, and networking opportunities. • Assist in identifying sourcing channels, communities, and networks that support bilingual and multilingual talent acquisition. • Share market insights and sourcing recommendations with the recruitment team. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles. • Support sourcing process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization efforts. • Utilize sourcing tools, AI technologies, and recruitment platforms to improve productivity. • Participate in sourcing calibration sessions, training, and team meetings. • Track sourcing activities and candidate pipeline metrics. • Maintain accurate sourcing reports and candidate data. • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and service-level expectations. • Assist with ad hoc sourcing and recruitment projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Experience working in staffing, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, remote staffing, BPO, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
- Exposure to healthcare recruitment, offshore hiring, or U.S.-based recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong interest in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and market research.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments.
- Experience sourcing bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-English talent, is a plus.
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies for language-specific and multicultural talent pools.
- Technical Skills**
- Basic to intermediate Boolean search skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Experience using AI tools for sourcing and recruitment is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and track recruitment metrics.
