• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual positions across multiple industries and functions. • Design scalable sourcing frameworks that improve candidate quality, speed-to-fill, and long-term pipeline sustainability. • Lead talent mapping, market research, and workforce intelligence initiatives to identify emerging and hard-to-reach talent pools. • Build proactive talent pipelines for healthcare, bilingual talent pools, and other language-specific candidates to support current and future hiring needs. • Partner with Recruitment Managers and hiring teams to forecast talent demand and create strategic sourcing plans. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on sourcing efficiency, process optimization, automation, and technology adoption. • Lead sourcing efforts for healthcare-related roles, including healthcare certified roles, both on-site and remote, medical administrative support, revenue cycle management, medical billing, medical coding, patient coordination, and other healthcare operations positions. • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for offshore talent across customer support, executive assistance, sales, marketing, operations, technology, and healthcare services. • Identify and engage passive candidates across healthcare and remote workforce talent markets. • Stay informed on healthcare labor market trends, talent shortages, credentialing requirements, and competitive hiring landscapes. • Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to sourcing specialists and junior sourcing team members. • Conduct sourcing calibrations, training sessions, and best-practice workshops to improve sourcing effectiveness. • Monitor team productivity, quality, and sourcing performance metrics. • Identify opportunities for skill development, process enhancements, and sourcing capacity planning. • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. • Conduct talent market research and competitive analysis for healthcare and bilingual labor markets, including language-specific talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing channels. • Identify new sourcing channels, professional communities, associations, networking groups, and talent marketplaces. • Generate insights regarding talent availability, compensation trends, competitor activity, and hiring challenges. • Deliver data-driven recommendations that improve recruitment outcomes and hiring strategies. • Collaborate closely with recruiters, recruitment leaders, and client-facing teams to align sourcing efforts with hiring priorities. • Participate in client meetings, intake sessions, and hiring strategy discussions. • Help define ideal candidate profiles, talent landscapes, and sourcing approaches for critical hiring needs. • Serve as a subject matter expert and sourcing consultant for complex and high-priority searches. • Track sourcing performance metrics, pipeline health, and sourcing channel effectiveness. • Analyze conversion rates throughout the sourcing funnel and identify optimization opportunities. • Prepare sourcing reports, talent market insights, and workforce intelligence updates for leadership. • Ensure sourcing activities align with organizational KPIs, service-level agreements, and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sourcing and talent acquisition experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior, lead, supervisory, or team leadership sourcing role.
  • Experience working in staffing, recruitment agency, outsourcing, remote staffing, or BPO environments.
  • Strong experience sourcing healthcare talent, including clinical support, medical administrative, revenue cycle management, medical billing, medical coding, patient services, and healthcare operations roles.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing bilingual talent, particularly for customer-facing, healthcare, sales, and support roles.
  • Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill, niche, and specialized U.S.-based positions.
  • Experience supporting both U.S.-based and offshore hiring initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced Boolean search and internet sourcing expertise.
  • Strong proficiency with social media and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong reporting, analytics, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
