Modivcare
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and increase referral business. • Builds and maintains relationships with referral partners. • Negotiates contracts, tracks and analyzes sales data to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless referral processes and contribute to overall sales and revenue goals. • Partners with management to grow assigned territory new activation dollars. • Identifies the needs and preferences of the account and documenting in CRM. • Manages incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries. • Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers, and implementing solutions. • Compiles and analyzes statistics pertinent to company's business development program and makes recommendations. • Works with marketing, sales, and technology groups to implement business development strategy into specific initiatives. • Discusses customer needs, problems, or complaints. • Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Five (5) plus years of experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time.

Role Description As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving Swivl's growth in K-12 education. Partnering with our energetic Sales team, you'll focus on developing new opportunities within school districts for our cutting-edge Reflectivity and Mirror products. From prospecting to closing, you'll lead every step of the sales journey with both new prospects and existing clients. This role is fully remote, based in the U.S., covering the South East.
