Role Description As Senior Director, Product Management (Fintech), you own the vision and strategy for Payments and Risk at Housecall Pro. These span the experiences our Pros touch every day, from sending invoices to getting instant access to their funds, the risk protections that keep their money and reputation safe, as well as the platform services that other teams across the company build on. You are accountable for the outcomes that define this domain, including attach and usage, payments GMV, net take and losses, and you lead by prioritizing the solutions our Pros and internal customers actually need over delivering features. You thrive in the strategic and hands-on, balancing the development of longer-term roadmaps that lead to business impact with the day-to-day execution of product delivery. You manage a high performing team of Product Managers and grow them into the next generation of product leaders, and you partner closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Analytics, and Strategy and Operations to align everyone on where we are going and how we will get there. Our team is passionate, empathetic, hardworking, and above all focused on improving the lives of our Pros, because our success is their success. What you do each day: - Set the long-term product vision and strategy for the payments and risk domains - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on payments GMV, engagement, and net take opportunities - Support your PMs to develop a set of Objectives and Key Results, and deliver on the projects to achieve this vision - Lead a team of Product Managers, providing coaching to grow the next generation of product leaders - Develop your product managers as builders who use AI tools and processes to accelerate individual and team velocity in delivering impactful, high-quality solutions to customers - Bring AI solutions into the product as a core engine to drive cashflow for our Pros - Collaborate closely with Engineering and Risk to build robust, scalable payments and risk infrastructure as foundational platform services - Operate across the business as the product lead for Risk, ensuring the product org and broader business understand risk exposure and build solutions with these considerations in mind Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of leading large product teams and successfully launching products in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS - Deep expertise in payments, ideally within modern providers (i.e. Stripe, Square) or vertical software platforms - Direct background or exposure to Risk domains and the protections necessary for delivering financial products - Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation Requirements - Fluency in AI product building, having personally shipped AI-native features - Exceptional judgment and "product taste," with the ability to guide teams toward simplicity and customer value - Moves quickly and executes with urgency, maintaining a strong bias for action while balancing sound judgment - Outcome-oriented mindset that prioritizes collective team success - A rich portfolio of active, self-directed exploration showing either an exceptional breadth of cross-functional interests or a profound depth of specialized mastery; alongside the personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity Benefits - A generous benefits program that supports the whole you with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) - Paid holidays and flexible, take-it-as-you-need-it paid time off - Equity in a rapidly growing startup backed by top-tier VCs - Monthly tech reimbursements - A culture built on innovation that values big ideas, no matter where they come from

• Own the Commerce Operations Roadmap: Define and drive the end-to-end product vision across HighLevel's full operations surface - Orders, Subscriptions, Transactions, Inventory, Fulfillment, Taxation, Coupons, and Gift Cards — ensuring each domain is built as a composable, reliable primitive that serves the platform as a whole. • Build the Subscription Lifecycle: Own how plans, entitlements, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, pauses, and dunning flows work across the platform - building subscription management that handles the full complexity of real SMB billing, from simple recurring charges to tiered, usage-based, and trial-gated plans. • Define the Ledger & Internal Accounting Layer: Lead the product definition and build of HighLevel's internal accounting layer — the authoritative system of record for every money-in and money-out event - designed from day one as the foundation for embedded accounting that keeps businesses running their books inside HighLevel. • Enable Third-Party Accounting Compatibility: Design the integration surface that allows users who prefer external accounting software to sync HighLevel commerce data seamlessly - ensuring field mapping accuracy, reconciliation reliability, and a sync experience that requires zero manual intervention. • Own Order Management & Fulfillment: Define how orders are created, modified, fulfilled, partially fulfilled, returned, and cancelled - building the state machine and merchant-facing workflows that make order operations reliable across every commerce surface, from storefronts to invoices to subscriptions. • Build for Variable Granularity: Ensure every operational entity - order, fulfillment event, invoice, subscription, payment — is optional and composable. A business running on invoices alone and a business running a full order-fulfillment-invoice-payment chain must both be fully supported, with frictionless paths between granularity levels. • Lead Inventory Management: Define the inventory layer - stock levels, reservations, adjustments, multi-location support, and low-stock signals - ensuring the platform correctly tracks physical goods across the full commerce lifecycle and exposes inventory state to every consuming surface. • Shape Taxation & Compliance Infrastructure: Own the product strategy for tax calculation, tax code mapping, and compliance — across transaction types and geographies - ensuring HighLevel handles tax obligations correctly as merchants operate in multiple regions and as the platform expands internationally. • Define Coupons, Promotions & Gift Cards: Build the discount and gift card infrastructure - coupon creation and validation, promotion rules, gift card issuance and redemption, balance tracking - ensuring these tools are expressive enough for merchant needs while enforcing correct financial accounting at every step. • Own the Developer & Marketplace API Surface: Define and own the public API layer that external developers, agencies, and marketplace partners consume - ensuring commerce operations APIs are well-designed, stable, versioned, and expressive enough to support the full range of third-party integration and build use cases. • Drive Cross-Functional Platform Alignment: Collaborate with the PIM, Documents, Onboarding, and Payments teams to ensure the operations layer exposes the primitives they depend on - and that operational events such as order placement, invoice issuance, and subscription renewal trigger the correct downstream behaviors reliably and consistently.
