Director, North America Strategic Accounts

• Develop, document, and manage account-specific strategies to drive success. • Establish strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within each assigned account. • Prioritize regular in-person and virtual meetings with essential stakeholders to maintain engagement. • Maintain a deep understanding of each customer’s business model, challenges, goals, and vision. • Work with the Strategic Inside Sales Manager, internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners to create, implement, and manage impactful solutions. • Lead and coordinate efforts with General Outside Sales Managers, Strategic Accounts Inside Sales Managers, and Strategic Accounts Customer Service Managers to execute sales strategies. • Collaborate with Executive Team members as needed to support account initiatives. • Provide the VP of Strategic Sales with status updates on account strategies and ensure timely communication with customer stakeholders for effective adoption. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with each account to assess performance and refine strategies. • Facilitate monthly strategy sessions with Strategic Inside Sales Managers and Strategic Account Representatives to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
