Role Description We are currently looking for a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to support one of our U.S.-based clients — a fast-growing pharmaceutical company in Texas specializing in medication management solutions. As our Marketing and Business Development Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day business development initiatives, managing CRM systems, coordinating industry event participation, and helping identify new opportunities for growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational side of business development and the people-facing side of client outreach. You’ll be working closely with a collaborative team where initiative, reliability, and attention to detail are highly valued. What You’ll Be Doing - CRM & HubSpot Management - Maintain and organize CRM records within HubSpot - Keep contact databases, pipeline stages, and client information accurate and updated - Track activities, generate reports, and help maintain overall CRM data quality - Business Development Support & Lead Generation - Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities - Support outreach efforts and help generate interest from prospective partners - Assist in nurturing leads and supporting the sales pipeline process - Outbound Client Outreach (As Needed) - Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients when necessary - Professionally communicate with potential partners and represent the business positively - Document conversations, call outcomes, and update CRM records accordingly - Conference & Event Coordination - Research relevant conferences, networking opportunities, and industry events - Coordinate registration processes and manage related event documentation - Support logistical planning for company participation in industry events - Administrative & Operational Support - Assist with general administrative responsibilities and ad hoc tasks - Help maintain organization across internal processes and day-to-day operations - Provide support wherever needed to help the team operate efficiently Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience working in Business Development, Marketing, Lead Generation or in a similar remote support role - Confidence in written and verbal English communication skills - Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or business development support - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently - High attention to detail and confidence handling administrative processes Requirements - Experience working with the following tools is highly preferred: - Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 - Asana for project management and workflow coordination - Comfortable using call or video communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other call tools - Strong experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot CRM Benefits - Rate of $7/hour (based on experience and qualifications) - 100% remote / work-from-home setup - Paid Time Off (PTO) - U.S. public holidays observed - Structured training and support to help you build confidence and succeed independently - A respectful and collaborative work environment built on trust, autonomy, and open communication - Long-term career opportunity with a stable and continuously growing organization

Role Description This role is based at one of our corporate offices in New York City, NY, McLean, VA, or Remote.
