Role Description Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Product to own the product vision and strategy. This individual will transition a fast-moving thesis into high-scale products utilized by both humans and agents. Operating as a peer to the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will build and scale the product function from scratch. This role is designed for a strategic leader who maintains a builder's mindset and is eager to execute at the ground level. Key Responsibilities - Define Product Strategy: Establish the vision, direction, and product roadmap for the agentic economy; ruthlessly prioritize what to build and what to decline. - Adapt Core Infrastructure: Transform our client's existing onchain distribution and incentive engines into products optimized for autonomous agents. - Drive User Acquisition: Identify and execute strategic wedges that onboard the next wave of human and agent participants into the ecosystem. - Execute Rapid Prototyping: Build minimum viable products (MVPs), test hypotheses swiftly, iterate based on real-world feedback, and scale successful initiatives. - Establish Data-Driven Culture: Define key performance metrics, manage product lines from a P&L perspective, and guide product iterations through robust data analysis. - Lead the Product Function: Navigate high ambiguity, manage full end-to-end product lifecycles, and eventually recruit and lead a world-class product team. Qualifications - Proven Product Leadership: Extensive experience turning strong product visions into scalable, real-world products with measurable adoption. - Deep AI Fluency: Active engagement at the frontier of AI applications and agents. Experience building with existing models rather than training them, with a track record of testing new AI tools ahead of the curve. - First-Principles Thinking: Strong ability to design and analyze complex systems, including novel use cases, incentives, supply/demand dynamics, and mechanism design. - Crypto & Web3 Literacy: A solid understanding of blockchain technology and what onchain primitives unlock. - Decisive & Autonomous: Comfort making difficult, high-stakes decisions independently without relying on consensus or pre-established roadmaps. - Business Acumen: Ability to think commercially in terms of P&L per product line rather than simply measuring velocity or features per sprint. - Enormous Scope & Impact: Direct ownership of a foundational product layer in a rapidly emerging sector. Requirements - Fully Remote Environment: Work with an international, highly distributed team of unusually resourceful, self-motivated builders. - In-Person Offsites: Semi-annual company retreats to collaborate, align, and connect face-to-face. - Dynamic Culture: A collaborative, zero-bureaucracy environment focused entirely on shipping impact rather than managing busywork. Application Process To be considered by our client, applicants must submit a demonstration of something they have built or formulated within the past 90 days. This can include: - A live product or prototype - A functional AI agent - A sharp, deeply reasoned written viewpoint detailing the trajectory of AI and the agentic economy Our client prioritizes tangible proof of capability and builder-native thinking over traditional resumes alone. Please include a link to your creation or documentation within your application material. Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates. If you do not hear back from us within 4 weeks of your application, please assume that you have not been successful on this occasion. We genuinely appreciate your interest and wish you the best in your job search. Commitment to Equality and Accessibility At MLabs, we are committed to offer equal opportunities to all candidates. We ensure no discrimination, accessible job adverts, and providing information in accessible formats. Our goal is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace with equal opportunities for all.
