• Creates high-level technical designs for complex projects by analyzing requirements and systems architecture. • Validates code to designs and requirements; conducts code walkthroughs, inspections, and reviews. • Provides technical input into architectural assessments; supports and enforces architectural adherence. • Writes functional designs and understands business requirements for high complexity projects. • Identifies systems and technical constraints, potential technology risks, and documents mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• Provide support to the respective client Relocation and Global Mobility teams to provide high quality management and partnership of their respective programs. • Demonstrate knowledge of client specific assignment and relocation policies/programs • Handle relocation, assignments & tax related questions and escalations from client employees, HRBPs, recruiters and other internal stakeholders. • Consulting on the appropriate assignment type, program and specific program provisions to meet the needs of the employees and business while remaining compliant from a tax and immigration standpoint. • Coordinating Tax and Immigration assessments. • Consulting with Hiring Managers/HRBPs on assignment benefits and processes, as well as finding ways to maintain costs. • Prepare cost estimates of the proposed assignment based on the program provisions. • Initiate relevant assignment services with other Client appointed vendors (Tax service provider, immigration vendor, Cartus, etc) and partner with the vendors to ensure a seamless mobility experience. • Maintaining and updating Client assignment database. • Assessing business trips requests. • Assessing and processing short term assignment requests. • Being the first point of contact for all relocation-related queries and escalations that are raised via Client internal ticket system and resolving in a timely manner. • Auditing and ensuring accuracy of relocation package types for eligible candidates. • Preparing exception requests to be reviewed by the client contacts. • Updating Client database to facilitate timely payments of relocation bonuses to relocating employees. • Auditing and submitting monthly Benefits-In-Kind report before payroll cut-off onto ensure relocating employees receive the correct tax-gross ups.
