Job Requirements

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Spieleentwicklung oder einer verwandten Branche.
  • Selbstorganisierte und dynamische Persönlichkeit.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum/Kanban), Wasserfall-Planung und gängiger Projektmanagement-Tools.
  • Erfahrung mit Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Excel und anderer Projektmanagement-Software.
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und starke Risikomanagementfähigkeiten.
  • Führungskompetenzen mit Erfahrung im Teammanagement und in der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern.
