• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business goals • Build communication funnels through social media to support brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition • Create and maintain content plans and publishing calendars • Launch and manage special campaigns, activations, contests, and product-related initiatives • Source, brief, review, and coordinate UGC creators • Prepare clear briefs and tasks for designers, production teams, and creators • Independently handle video editing for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) • Create simple static visual materials when needed • Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic and paid social activities • Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization • Monitor trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging content opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Proven track record using social media as a channel for brand awareness, engagement, retention, and user acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Practical video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Ability to create simple graphic assets using design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar) and experience with AI tools for content creation
  • Experience working with UGC creators and creator-generated content
  • Understanding of communication funnels and audience lifecycle within social media
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven content decisions
  • Good written and spoken English (B1+) and Russian (C1)
