Senior LTD Claims Case Manager III

• Responsible for making accurate decisions on assigned claims through proactive case management • Consults with other team members, and the Clinical and Vocational Teams to assist claimants with return to work efforts • Delivers timely and appropriate disability claim decisions • Partners with coworkers to broaden and enhance their knowledge of complex claim handling • Administers claims within a variety of group sizes ranging from small to large market • Determines integrated income to ensure appropriate financial risk and accurate payments • Consults with legal, investigative resources, and financial specialists
Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of Long Term Disability claims experience
- Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent work/education experience
- Regulatory and Compliance experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent and sound judgement in decision making
- Ability to analyze evidence for discrepancies
- Ability to conduct research using multiple techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Multitasking with the ability to manage continually changing priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Work collaboratively with multiple professional disciplines and diverse populations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of medical terminology and medical conditions helpful.

• Serve as a strategic leader within RCG’s Corporate Affairs team • Responsible for the comprehensive management, growth, and compliance of RCG USA’s Political Action Committee • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Public Affairs, Government Relations, Community Engagement, and legal counsel • Lead and evolve the long-term vision, growth strategy, and operations of RCG USA PAC • Develop member engagement and ship tour program • Plan and execute convenings (roundtables, briefings, receptions, and site visits) • Support PAC fundraising events and engagement activities • Provide political intelligence and research to inform grassroots and coalition strategies • Monitor political and regulatory developments impacting the vacation and tourism industry • Work with counsel to ensure full compliance with all FEC, IRS, and state-level regulatory and reporting requirements for PACs • Track and report performance metrics, including fundraising progress, participation, disbursements, and election outcomes
