• Serve as a strategic leader within RCG’s Corporate Affairs team • Responsible for the comprehensive management, growth, and compliance of RCG USA’s Political Action Committee • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Public Affairs, Government Relations, Community Engagement, and legal counsel • Lead and evolve the long-term vision, growth strategy, and operations of RCG USA PAC • Develop member engagement and ship tour program • Plan and execute convenings (roundtables, briefings, receptions, and site visits) • Support PAC fundraising events and engagement activities • Provide political intelligence and research to inform grassroots and coalition strategies • Monitor political and regulatory developments impacting the vacation and tourism industry • Work with counsel to ensure full compliance with all FEC, IRS, and state-level regulatory and reporting requirements for PACs • Track and report performance metrics, including fundraising progress, participation, disbursements, and election outcomes

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution of conversational IVR and related customer interaction experiences. • Serve as the orchestrator between business, customer experience, analytics, quality assurance, and IT teams. • Develop and maintain the conversational IVR roadmap in collaboration with business leaders, CX partners, QA, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Evaluate and incorporate capabilities such as SMS, generative AI, app-based authentication, and other customer interaction technologies into the strategic roadmap. • Identify and prioritize opportunities to expand conversational IVR capabilities across customer journeys and business units based on customer value and operational impact. • Define and own KPIs, success metrics, and monitoring standards for conversational IVR and related experiences. • Partner with analytics and QA teams to create reporting, dashboards, and insight mechanisms that surface performance trends, failure points, and experience gaps. • Lead the design of customer interactions, conversation flows, and system behaviors across IVR, SMS, app experiences, and integrated channels. • Work closely with the internal Quality Assurance team to support human-in-the-loop review processes. • Coordinate technical and non-technical teams to deliver new conversational IVR features, SMS workflows, and integrated authentication experiences. • Oversee UAT for all new capabilities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with intended experience design and QA standards.

• Responsible for identifying, implementing, and executing strategic development projects and opportunities in coordination with Destination Development and Royal Caribbean Group Leadership • Accountable for securing external approval of the development projects on behalf of RCG, as well as, internal RCG approvals • Oversee the relationship of a subset of our existing JV partners, plan and execute Board of Directors meetings, and ensure the entities maintain RCG guest experience standards • Develop commercial and other business strategies to meet the strategic port development needs of RCG • Support the execution of commercial strategies by managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the geographical region • Interact with port authorities, trade associations, and other brands in the industry regarding port development issues • Gather intelligence and find win-win opportunities for the partners and governments in the geographic locations core to ensuring RCG’s long-term success • Manage projects along the phases, from pre-feasibility studies to definitive designs, including RFPs • Guide local consultants and expert teams required for the execution of projects, evaluate the feasibility, viability, and financial sustainability of the project, and interact with local authorities to understand potential obstacles and risks. • Interact with various internal and external stakeholders to gather critical information to drive projects to completion • Communicate the strategy and deal details to the various RCG stakeholders to ensure preparation, review and execution of various legal documents to memorialize deal negotiation agreements • Manage assets and implementation in existing JVs and contribute to providing guidance to local General Managers and Finance teams for the application of high-standard management policies and reporting.
